Prof. Prem Kumar Singh, Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management, India (The World's Top 2% Scientists)
Dr. Prem Kumar Singh is a researchers, speaker and academician in the field of data science, graph analytics and soft computing. He has more than 15 Years of experience in this field. Currently, he is working as a Full Professor at Department of Computer Science and Engineering, GITAM -Visakhapatnam (Deemed-to-be-University). He has completed a Post Doc from Mobile Cloud Computing Lab University of Malaya-Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia under the grant UM.C/625/1/HIR/MOE/FCSIT/03. Dr. Prem Kumar Singh indexed as top 2 % scientist in Artificial Intelligence and Applied Mathematics by Stanford University using Scopus Data in Year 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 as well. The Chinese agency ADscientific also indexed Dr. Prem Kumar Singh as top 2% Scientist in the world. Currently, his research focuses on complex data analysis, Quantum Data, and Graph Analytics. He has published more than 110 research papers in peer reviewed conferences and journals with cumulative impact factor>200, h-index> 31 as per google scholar and h >26 as per Scopus. He served as reviewer, editor, technical program committee and Keynote Speaker for more than 350 peer reviewed conferences and journals.
Assoc. Prof. Jianguo Chen, Sun Yat-sen University, China (The World's Top 2% Scientists)
Chen Jianguo, Associate professor, master's supervisor, young academic backbone of Sun Yat-sen University Hundred People Program, selected by Guangdong Province Major Talent Project, Top 2% of the world's top scientists. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Technology from Hunan University and was A postdoctoral fellow at the University of Toronto in Canada and A research scientist at the A*STAR Science and Technology Research Bureau in Singapore. His current research interests are distributed parallel computing, edge intelligent computing, federated learning, large model operator library, unmanned cluster collaboration, low altitude economy and military-civilian integration applications. At present, he has published more than 70 academic papers in international renowned journals and conferences such as IEEE-TII, IEEE-TITS, IEEE-TPDS, IEEE-TKDE, IEEE/ACM-TCBB, ACM-TIST, and ACM-TCPS. He has presided over National Natural Science Foundation projects, youth projects, post-doctoral international exchange programs, Guangxi Key Research and Development Program projects, Guangdong Natural Science Foundation projects, Hunan Natural Science Foundation youth projects and other projects. As the backbone of scientific research, he has participated in a number of scientific research projects such as the National High-tech Research and Development Program (863 Program) and the National Key Basic Research and Development Program (973 Program). He is an associate editor of International Journal of Embedded Systems, an associate editor of Journal of Current Scientific Research, and an associate editor of Information Guest editor of Sciences, guest editor of Neural Computing and Applications, and technical committee member of several international academic conferences.
